Refund policy
Our Promise
At Liminal, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help — just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition — with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.
- Sale items and personalised/custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at liminalpk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or style — subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at liminalpk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- If the new item has a price difference, the balance must be settled before the exchange is processed.
- The original item must be returned in its exact original condition — unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
Exchange shipping for the replacement item will be covered by Liminal within Pakistan.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Personalised or custom-made orders
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
